Discussing solutions to implement the indicators of the Project “Promoting Reading Culture”

Abstract

The article summarizes achievements in the implementation of the Project on promoting reading culture in the community to 2020, and orientation to 2030, pointing out difficulties and problems in the implementation process. A number of measures are recommended to promote reading culture and achieve the Project’s performance indicators.
