Factors impacting on career orientation of graduate students at University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

The paper presents literature review of students' career orientation. By using the questionnaire, this paper also analyzes some factors impacting on the career orientation of students at Faculty of Library and Information Science, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. Then, the paper proposes a number of measures to improve the effectiveness of career orientation for students majored in Library and Information Science.
