Design the mobile applications for providing digital information services in university libraries

Abstract

Mobile applications on smart technology devices represented information systems are increasingly being researched and developed by university libraries to better serve the information needs of information users. The paper focuses on analyzing and learning about mobile applications that provide information services, identifying the main steps and measures to be taken when developing information service applications for mobile devices at the university library. It also proposes the specific skills and knowledge necessary to develop and apply applications that provide information services on mobile devices at university libraries.
