Archives and policy of providing digital institutional repository materials at academic libraries in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

    Archiving and providing endogenous documents in Vietnamese academic libraries as a whole, in Ho Chi Minh City in particular, are implemented in accordance with the state regulations and university policy. They need to digitize endogenous documents to facilitate the archive and provision for users. Simultaneously, endogenous documents need a widespread sharing to ease the access of learners and researchers on the basis of copyright issues.
