Measures to implement intellectual property right and author copyright in electronic and digital libraries in Vietnam

Abstract

Recommends 6 measures related to different objects: state managing institutions, libraries, legal regulations, avoiding offences of author copyright when downloading freely documents from Internet into digital collections, technology and coordination with  state  managing institutions for author copyright,and other libraries in order to implement intellectual property right and author copyright in electronic and digital libraries in Vietnam
