Reader’s services at the Library of Thai Binh Pedagogical College

Abstract

    Reader's services is an activity of the library to propagate and provide information and documents to readers in many different forms and ways. Readers' work is decisive to the library's operational efficiency. Improving the quality of readers' services has been and is a very urgent issue in schools and colleges in response to the educational and training reform. With the article, the authors summarize the results of the current situation survey and propose some solutions to improve the quality of reader's services at the Library of Thai Binh Pedagogical College.
