Proposing a digital competency framework for workers in small and medium enterprises in the context of digital transformation

Abstract

     The study has provided an overview of the digital transformation in Vietnam and the demand for digital workforce, identifying the role and significance of digital human resources for business development in the context of the 4.0 revolution. This research has analyzed Vietnam's policies on digital workforce development in the current stage and the digital competency requirements for laborers in the context of digital transformation. Based on these insights, the study has proposed a framework for digital competency tailored to workers in small and medium enterprises in Vietnam.
