Abstract

     The article introduces the definition and role of the national S&T e-resources development guidelines: Stating the viewpoints and objectives of developing the national S&T e-resources; Introducing fundamental priorities of the National S&T e-resources development plan, including the establishment and development of in-house S&T e-resources; Supplementation and development of international S&T e-resources.
