Abstract

    The article analyzes and evaluates the legal documents on library in Vietnam over the past 20 years and their impacts. It also identifies the current status of the state management on library in Vietnam (from 2000 til now). Finally, some solutions are recommended to strengthen state management on library in Vietnam in the future.
