Library and the reading culture in Vietnam in the digital era

Abstract

    The article points out some significant changes in library activities and reading culture in the world and Vietnam in the future, identifies challenges that libraries in Vietnam have to face in the digital era and recommends fundamental and feasible solutions to promote their role at present and in the future.
