Enhancing quality reader services at Quang Binh University Learning Resource Center

Abstract
Reader services include many different functions and are being invested and developed in libraries. Through reader services, the library resources are exploited and used, the library can learn and understand information needs of readers, which is the basis of other activities in the library. The article aims at addressing the current situation of reader services and proposing recommendations to further improve its quality in the Learning Resource Center at QBU.
