Abstract

    Currently, libraries are having a strong shift from traditional libraries to digital libraries. Digital resources play an important role in the above transition. With many advantages, digital resources become an important source of learning materials for students. The effective use of digital resources at the Learning Resource Center - Thai Nguyen University requires total solutions from the Learning Resource Center and the students themselves.
