Legislation on fee-based library services and practice in some academic libraries in Vietnam

Abstract

    The article studies some concepts related to library services with fees; present and analyze the provisions of the law on fee-based library services and practice at a number of university libraries in Vietnam, on that basis, make a number of assessments and comments. From that, the author proposes some solutions and recommendations.
