Applying the smart assistant model for the digital library system in Vietnam

Abstract

     Digital transformation is contributing to innovating working methods, improving productivity and operational efficiency of the current education system and state administrative agencies. Especially with the digital library system, it is even more necessary to support staff in the process of operating and serving readers effectively and in accordance with the digital transformation situation in all activities of the modern library system. In his article, the author will introduce the smart assistant model, its effective applications and solutions to use this model for the digital library system in Vietnam in the current context of digital transformation.
