Abstract
This article presents the operating mechanisms and organizational structure of the socialist rule-of-law State, particularly in the context of the new development era. It outlines the fundamental characteristics of the socialist ruleof-law State, the functioning of the state apparatus, the organization of state power agencies, and the challenges encountered in the current practice. Based on this analysis, the article identifies the issues that arise and proposes solutions to enhance the effective operation of the socialist rule-of-law State of Vietnam in the new development era.
