Based on an overview of the social development management model in politics “the Party leads, the State manages, the people master” and its application in the survey of the current situation of this management model from pre- and postrenovation up to the present, the author proposes 3 main solutions: Building a pure and strong Party, improving the Party's leadership and ruling capacity; building and perfecting the socialist rule of law State of Vietnam; promote socialist democracy, ensure the people's right to mastery.
