Abstract: According to the Hanoi Capital Planning to 2030, with a vision to 2050, the city is set to develop a network of 31 advanced multi-level general schools across 05 designated urban development zones. In order to concretize the policy of
developing advanced multi-level general schools in alignment with the Hanoi urban planning framework to 2030 and vision to 2050, it is imperative to draw upon international experience in spatial planning and architectural organization. This ensures the fulfillment of specific conditions appropriate to the public investment mechanism and the unique cultural, historical, social, and urban landscape characteristics of each development zone.
