Analyze the correlation between costs and total investment of the Anpha Tower commercial office building project

Abstract

Abstract: The article focuses on analyzing the
correlations between costs and total investment of the Alpha
Tower Commercial and Office Center project. The Monte Carlo
simulation method on Crystal Ball software was applied to
evaluate risks, correlation analysis and sensitivity. The article
conducted risk analysis and the impact of various factors on
costs and total investment through the sensitivity matrix. The
result proposed a feasible investment plan for the project.
Based on the correlation analysis and risk assessment,
the authors adjusted the cost items to optimize the total
investment and ensure the feasibility of the project.
