Abstract: According to the report of the General Statistics Office
- Ministry of Finance on the socio-economic situation, the socioeconomic situation continues to perform positive trend, growth
is promoted, the macro-economy is basically stable, inflation is
controlled, major balances of the economy are guaranteed in the
first 6 months of 2025. The real estate sector in the second quarter of
2025 is assessed by experts and investors as stable and will develop
stably in the coming time. The article clearly states the changes in
housing development and the real estate market in Vietnam in the
first half of 2025.
