Abstract
Abstract: Currently, cement and concrete, as popular
construction materials, are widely used in construction works.
However, concrete and cement have different composition,
state and application. These are materials that help improve the
construction quality of modern architectural works. Continuing
with part one of Construction and Urban Magazine No. 94, part
two discusses in more detail the use of cement and concrete in
construction techniques. These are materials that help improve
the construction quality of modern architectural works. The
