Abstract
Steel frame houses are increasingly popular and of great quantity in the industrial construction. Steel frames have many outstanding advantages such as lower construction costs than reinforced concrete houses, the reusability of old steel frames, and availability of steel structures from the factory. However, steel frame buildings also face disadvantages such as corrosion, bearing capacity, deformation and collapse under high loads, and the effects of expansion and contraction, structural cracking as well as other impacts such as whether it is safe or not from the outside environment. This study provides an evaluation method and optimal solutions to improve product quality, meeting the needs of students and civil engineers.
