SCIENTIFIC BASIC FOR LAYERING MANAGEMENT OF URBAN UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION SPACE IN HANOI CITY
Abstract
Abstract: Hanoi City faces the challenge of managing underground construction space in an increasingly developing urban context. The construction of an urban underground system not only ensures the needs of urban traffic and water supply and drainage but also ensures an unpolluted environment and the safety of surrounding structures. Applying a scientific basis to layering and managing underground construction space becomes extremely important in this context. During the research process, the author analysed technical, geological and environmental factors to classify types of urban underground spaces. The study results have provided specific concepts and classifications of urban underground space, helping identify appropriate and effective management strategies. This will contribute to building a smart, sustainable, and developed urban environment for Hanoi in the future.
