CURRENT SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE TRAFFIC SAFETY FOR STUDENTS IN THE NEW SITUATION
Abstract
Abstract: Road traffic accidents
in Vietnam remain a major challenge
requiring the entire political system to work
together to continue achieving the goal of
reducing the number of accidents, deaths,
and injuries, especially reducing the
number of accidents and deaths involving
students – the future generation of the
country. The Prime Minister's Directive No.
31/CT-TTg dated December 21, 2023, on
strengthening traffic safety for students in
the new situation has been implemented
for over a year, initially showing positive
results with a decrease in the number of
traffic accidents and deaths involving
students compared to 2023. However,
these solutions need to be continuously
maintained to achieve the goal of further
ensuring traffic safety for students when
going to and from school
