The Development of Science and Technology and the Issue of Labour and Employment in the Future
Abstract
The development of science and technology has reshaped work structures and transformed production methods, thereby creating both opportunities and challenges for workers. Policies and laws need to be adjusted to protect workers' rights and ensure that they have opportunities for learning and development in the constantly evolving labor market influenced by technological advancements. This article, assessed the changes in job structures, identified the demand for new skills, and highlighted the risks of unemployment due to automation, using appropriate research methods such as analysis and forecasting. Additionally, the authors proposed solutions in terms of legal regulations and policy measures to safeguard workers' rights, thus ensuring that they have opportunities to improve and adapt to market changes. The main objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive perspective on the future of employment in the digital era, contributing to the stability and sustainable development of the workforce.
