Abstract
The quality of school health services plays a crucial role in the primary healthcare of students. This study aims to evaluate the quality of health services at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. By surveying 105 students who have used healthcare services at the university's health clinic, using descriptive and comparative statistical methods, five factors influencing student satisfaction were identified: "Facilities, equipment, and school health personnel"; "Quality of healthcare for students"; "Communication and health education activities"; "Ensuring a hygienic school environment"; and "Ensuring food safety." The results indicated a statistically significant difference among these factors, clarifying their impact on student satisfaction with health services at the university. The study proposed solutions to improve the quality of health services at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, thereby enhancing the support for students' physical and mental health, and contributing to the overall quality of education.
