Corporate governance assessment in the startup wave

Abstract

    There are some scallops in the world (ex: Enron, WorldCom) and Vietnam (ex: Vinashin) cause of the quality of corporate governance. Thus, corporate governance is significant in the harmonious relationship between the Board, the Board of Directors, shareholders and third parties concerned. Nowadays, the restructuring process contributes positively to enhancing firm value, increasing investment and sustaining development in the economy.
