Nhân nuôi phạm vi hẹp nhện Pardosa Pseudoannulata và khả năng ăn mồi của đối tượng này trong điều kiện invitro

Abstract

The life cycle of Pardosa pseudoannulata average is 71 days, which the time of egg is 15,67 days, larval stage of male spider is 47,50 days, larval stage of female spider is 49,22 days and oviposition time of female adult is 7,78 days. Rearing individual P.pseudoannulata in laboratory showed that each female adult lay average 503,32 larvaes and total number of larva is 6024 when reared fifteen couple adult. P.pseudoannulata complete them cycletime as follows: egg stage, larval age 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8, respectively 96,87%; 75,50%; 65,50%; 59,00%; 55,50%; 55,50%; 51,00%; 49,50%; 49,50% and 49,50% as well as for adult, 100% for female adult previous lay. Adults male and female of P.pseudoannulata are eaten 8 different types of insects harmful for crops, specially Hydrella griseola, Oxya chinensis and Oxya spp are eaten the most and female spiders eat more than the male one.
