Abstract
This paper uses the method of analysis and simulation on NX software to
design the Robot for picking up molded products on the Toshiba DC650B
horizontal pressure casting machine. The simulation results serve as a basis for
designing and manufacturing a product picking robot suitable for the working
cycle of the molding machine (molding stroke, material filling time, curing time,
mold opening stroke, product picking time, cleaning and lubrication time).
