FACTORS AFFECTING WORK PERFORMANCE AT BAC TU LIEM POWER COMPANY

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the factors affecting the
work performance of employees at Bac Tu Liem Power Company. Specifically, the
current study attempt to clarify the demographic factors, salary, income, nature
of work, fairness, relationship with colleagues, relationship with superiors,
promotion opportunities and training affect to job satisfaction of employees in
the company. Besides, the study also examines the role of employees’ job
satisfaction on work performance. The study applied quantitative methods to
collect data through survey questionnaire. This study applied structural equation
modeling (SEM) with SPSS and Amos software. The analysis results show that all
7 proposed hypotheses are accepted.
