THE FACTORS AFFECTING UNIVERSITY IMAGE

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to overview and organize the factors affecting
the image of universities. To do this, the author has relied on domestic and foreign
research projects to simplify and synthesize five factors that help shape the image
of a university, including quality of academics, quality of education, quality of
research, and quality of physical conditions, quality of support service. Finally, the
article also proposes a model to research factors affecting the image of universities
in Vietnam and offers some implications for university managers.
