Abstract

Electrical energy management and monitoring is an integrated system that includes planning and monitoring operating systems at production units and electrical energy consumption activities. Monitoring electrical energy management is key to safety and energy savings. This need affects the control and reduction of an organization's energy consumption such as minimizing costs, reducing carbon emissions, environmental damage and minimizing risks. Therefore, monitoring electrical energy management is a continuous effort to find new opportunities to realize the goal of safe and economical use of energy. This paper presents, applying wireless data transmission platforms combined with the Atemega 128 microcontroller to design a real-time data collection system, set up programs, applying mobile devices to monitor electrical energy via GSM to control electrical problems as well as manage changes in power consumption to notify users anytime, anywhere.
