Assessing tourist satisfaction on the service quality at the Ong De Ecological Tourism Village, Can Tho City
Abstract
The aim of this study is to assess tourist satisfaction with the service quality at the Ong De Ecological Tourism Village, Can Tho City through the opinions of 146 domestic tourists. Descriptive statistics methods, independent sample T-test, and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. According to the research result, tourists rated 4 out of 5 criteria as satisfaction (Tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy), while responsiveness was rated as average by tourists. Tourist satisfaction on the service quality at the Ong De Ecological Tourism Village does not differ by gender, marital status, age, and occupational; however, there is a difference in education level. Through the analysis results, some management implications were suggested by the research to help businesses improve service quality and enhance tourist satisfaction when coming to Ong De Ecological Tourism Village in the future
