Language changes and orentation of Vietnam cultural values in the current context

Abstract

The content of the study presents the interaction between language and cultural values. Language and culture such as glue adhesive economic, political and social relationships, creating shapes and ethnic groups. Language and culture have the ability to directly cover, ensuring sustainability of historical inheritance and not mixed even when integrating the world. Language plays an important role in cultural expressions. The language system of each language is not merely a regeneration tool to express the ideas but it is the one who shapes the ideas. When the culture is dynamic and always changing, the language is the mirror that reflects the change. In fact, the language not only reflects the change, but also facilitates and creates a change. In specific historical and social circumstances, each nation exists general value system and parts value systems. The general value system and the parts of the parts have a great impact on Vietnam's psychology of morality and mental values. The great cultural change took place in Vietnam. The new language also appears to specify the new variables of the developed social environment.
