Process of organizing literature appreciation activities for primary school students in teaching reading
Abstract
Teaching Reading is vital in fostering literary appreciation competency (LAC) for primary school students. Reading provides a large amount of literary material in various fields and scopes, thus helping the children come into contact with the work, understand the content and art, and simultaneously express their thoughts, feelings, and emotions before the beauty of literary words and images. With that significance, teaching reading is teaching the reception of literature or teaching literary appreciation competency. In other words, teaching literary appreciation competency is not a separate activity but is part of teaching Vietnamese. Organizing literary appreciation activities is organizing teaching activities of reading literary work during reading lessons
