Solutions to improve digital information competence for students Khanh hoa university

Abstract

In the context of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, digital competency play a key role in helping individuals adapt to the digital society. It is very important to improve the digital capacity of each citizen, especially students - the next human resource in the near future. University students, in the context of digital transformation in education, must possess knowledge resources to be able to study and work in today's open and global educational environment. Using theoretical and analytical research methods, the article has reviewed a number of studies on digital competencies, the structure of the digital competency framework and based on the survey and assessment of the current status of digital competencies in 2 competency groups of students at Khanh Hoa University. This article proposes some solutions to equip and improve digital information capacity for students at Khanh Hoa University. This basis can also be used as a reference to build a digital competency framework suitable for Khanh Hoa University students in future research.
