Measures to improve service quality in Le Vu Hung Learning Resource Center at Dong Thap University

Abstract
User service is always considered most important in the operation of Le Vu Hung Learning Resource Center (LRC). On presenting service activities at Le Vu Hung LRC, the article proposes some measures for improvement at the center such as: continuing service innovation; organizing online services; fostering and enhancing the center working staffs’ awareness and sense of responsibility; supplying and providing a large number of informative resources; renovating the service space; investing and upgrading a number of modern and high-quality equipment. Therefore, those measures will help Le Vu Hung LRC perform and fulfill the best service function of training and supporting activities as well as doing scientific research at Dong Thap University.
