SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE PROFESSIONAL CAPACITY FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FACULTY IN THE CONTEXT OF INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0 IN DONG THAP UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has changed all aspects of social life, including higher education, so it is necessary to improve the professional competence of the faculty, but first and foremost is that of Information Technology. On researching the situation of this teaching staff via collected data and analysis, we have proposed some solutions to improve their professional competence in the context of Industrial Revolution 4.0 at Dong Thap University.
