BUILDING A WORKING STYLE FOR CADRES AND PARTY MEMBERS FOLLOWING THAT OF HO CHI MINH IN THE COUNTRY’S CURRENT CONTEXT

Abstract

Ho Chi Minh's working style is derived from the national traditional culture, inheriting the quintessence of human culture, on the stance of Marxism-Leninism and from the practice of his activities. This is a scientific working style, democratic, collective, public and exemplary. Thereby, the article also shows the theoretical and practical value of Ho Chi Minh's working style in building the working style for cadres and party members in the country’s current context.
