Vietnam's inflation and its solution
Abstract
2008 has elapsed with no sign of a downturn of the world economic crisis but Vietnam's inflation was curbed in the final months of the year, economic growth was recored at 6.23 per cent, which was regarded as a success in terms of the government's macro-economic management.
The writer presents the development of inflation in Vietnam in 2008, in which he identifies the difference between the basic inflation and general inflation of the economy, analyzes causes of the inflation, especially the impacts of the world economic crisis on Vietnam's social economic development
At the same time he makes some recommendations and solurions, with which to realize a safe and sustainable social economic development and to ensure a no-return of inflation.
