FDI attraction is one ofthe priorities for economic development thats the Vietnameses goverment has prusued in recent years and EU is a great investor for its hi-tech, and one of the most important trading partners.

Luring FDI from EU is of significance for Vietnam in the process of industrilization and modernilization. However FDI from EU into Vietnam still remains modest, unstable and incommensurate with its potential.
