Tóm tắt
A survey of 450 students at Hanoi Law University indicates that three of the five manifestations of social intelligence in K. Albrecht’s SPACE model examined in this study reach a relatively good level. Trustworthiness is the most evident manifestation, reflected in the highest mean score; self-presentation ranks second, while empathy appears less strongly expressed. The findings also show that a considerable proportion of students remain limited in proactively expanding their social networks and presenting themselves in digital environments. These constraints may result from a lack of confidence, limited communication experience, or insufficient ability to use technology effectively to build a personal image and enhance proactiveness in social interaction and communication in the contemporary era. Therefore, students need to take an active role in developing emotional intelligence through learning activities, scientific research, social communication, and participation in community and social activities.
