Abstract

The Thanh Tuyen Festival is a flagship cultural and tourism event of Tuyen Quang Province, held annually on an expanding scale and attracting large numbers of domestic and international visitors. Beyond entertainment, the festival promotes local cultural identity and community values, thereby contributing to tourism development and socio-economic growth. In the context of international integration, enhancing the community’s role in organizing and managing the festival has become an urgent task to develop a modern and effective management model that preserves cultural values and supports the sustainable development of Tuyen Quang Province.
