Quality assurance of training at Hung Yen Community College through digitally oriented management
Abstract
This paper emphasizes that digital transformation in management serves as a driving force to ensure training quality at Hung Yen Community College. The approach is grounded in the ISO 21001 framework, adopting the Input–Process–Output–Outcome model and the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle. Central to this model is a "one standard—multiple systems" data architecture, integrating the learning management system, student information system, electronic learning portfolios, and assessment processes. The study also highlights course dossier standardization, post-exam analytics, and the digitalization of practice and internship programs linked with enterprises. Initial outcomes show enhanced transparency, traceability, and accuracy in decision-making. Nevertheless, challenges persist regarding system interoperability, data governance, and digital literacy, requiring a strategic roadmap for sustainable implementation and expansion.
