Social work in mental health support for university students: a comprehensive literature review

Abstract

Based on a review of domestic and international studies related to mental health care for university students and the role of social work, this paper highlights the importance of social work in supporting and intervening with students experiencing mental health problems. The research focuses on two main areas: (1) studies addressing the current situation of student mental health care, and (2) studies examining the role of social work in mental health care for students. On this basis, the paper proposes several solutions and recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of social work in promoting student mental well-being.
