Human resources meeting the requirements of sustainable economic development in response to climate change in the South Central Coastal region

Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of climate change on sustainable economic development in the South Central Coastal region, examines the current status of climate change response in sustainable economic development, and identifies the challenges related to human resource development. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes several solutions to develop human resources capable of meeting the demands of sustainable economic growth while effectively responding to climate change in the South Central Coastal provinces in the near future.
