Abstract

In the modern era, a sedentary lifestyle has become a serious health concern for university students, particularly those at Hai Duong University. Prolonged sitting for studying and working with computers often results in back pain, obesity, reduced physical fitness, and psychological stress. This study aims to develop a scientifically based physical fitness program for sedentary students. The proposed intervention combines cardio exercises, strength training, and flexibility activities, while integrating technology and health education to promote active lifestyle habits. The program seeks to improve students' physical and mental health, enhance learning performance, and provide a practical foundation for implementing physical education initiatives at Hai Duong University and other educational institutions.
