The legal framework for public–private partnership (PPP) investment in the context of Vietnam's green transition

Abstract

This article analyzes the legal framework for investment under the public–private partnership (PPP) model in the context of Vietnam's green transition goals. The study identifies bottlenecks in the current legal framework and proposes several solutions to improve PPP regulations to better support Vietnam's green transition in the coming period.
