Perfecting the law on business investment in the field of private preschool education according to Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo in 2025

Abstract

This article analyzes the current legal regulations governing investment and business activities in the field of private preschool education. Based on a comparison between existing laws, implementation practices, and the directions set forth in Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW (2025) of the Politburo on breakthrough development in education and training, the paper identifies several limitations and shortcomings in both the regulatory framework and its application. Accordingly, it proposes legal reforms to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and sustainability of investment activities in this sector, ensuring alignment with the broader national goals for educational reform and social development.
