The influence of digital technology on contemporary fine arts practices in Vietnam

Abstract

In the era of comprehensive digital transformation, digital technology introduces both challenges and opportunities for contemporary art creation. This study analyzes the influence of digital technology on contemporary Vietnamese fine arts, focusing on aspects such as creative thinking, artistic expression, and the interaction between artists and audiences. Utilizing integrated research methods including historical-logical analysis, comparative approaches, and empirical observation the paper examines transformations in artistic forms, materials, subjects, and exhibition spaces. The findings elucidate the shifting role of artists in the digital age and propose systematic approaches to effectively harness the synergy between art and technology in contemporary creative practices.
