Developing high-quality human resources in Dak Lak province today

Abstract

This article analyzes and clarifies key theoretical issues related to the development of high-quality human resources, as well as the factors influencing this process in Đắk Lắk Province. It assesses the current situation of high-quality human resource development in recent years and identifies existing challenges. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes essential solutions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of human resource development in Đắk Lắk, thereby contributing to the province's sustainable socio-economic growth in the future.
